Alfred Lambremont Webre
Futurist Alfred Lambremont Webre is a change agent whose principal contributions have been (1) founding the science of Exopolitics through his 2000 book Exopolitics: Politics, Government and Law in the Universe, (2) discovery of the Omniverse in 2014 as the 3rd major cosmological body after the Universe and the Multiverse through which humanity understands the cosmos, as set out in his 2014 book DEO: The Dimensional Ecology of the Omniverse, (3) promulgation of the Positive Future Equation [PFE] through which humans co-create a positive future on planet Earth, published in his 2017 book My Journey Landing Heaven on Earth, and (4) public exposé through his book The Chronogarchy, of an interdimensional hidden power structure monitoring the time-space of Earth as its domain of influence, operating as a secret government using quantum access Time Travel technologies to carry out its operations and mandates. A graduate of Yale University, Yale Law School, and a Fulbright Scholar, Alfred has taught at two universities (Yale & U of Texas), served as General Counsel of the NYC EPA, War Crimes Judge, United Nations Outer Space & Peace representative, and directed the 1977 proposed Carter White House Extraterrestrial Communication Study while a Futurist at Stanford Research Institute. Alfred has been host on WBAI-FM and Vancouver Coop Radio and he has been featured on CBC, CBS, CNN,

a.k.a. “Cosmic Ray,” a veteran and retired history professor, is the international awards-winning author of the Venus Rising series of books (Terra Alta, WV: Headline Books), seven to date and all fully illustrated.
Dr. Keller’s books explore many facets of the conditions and life on Venus in many dimensions from a perspective of conspiracies, history, theosophy, ufology and current events, especially space research. Dr. Keller was a member of the pioneering Aerial Phenomena Research Organization (APRO) and associate of the late Dr. Leo Sprinkle of the University of Wyoming at Laramie, a scientific consultant of that research group who wrote the introduction to Dr. Keller’s first book in the series, Venus Rising: A Concise History of the Second Planet (2015).
Dr. Keller has lived and worked in 44 different countries and has been writing about UFOs and paranormal activity since 1967. He was the founder and director of the Outer Space International Research and Investigations Society (OSIRIS) of Hilmar, California, as well as the publisher and co-editor of the New Millennial Star, a monthly pre-Internet tabloid newspaper with a circulation of 7,500 copies. He received his doctoral degree from West Virginia University in 2011, focusing on various aspects of the African and Basque settlement of Venezuela (See “Emergence of the Afro-Zulians in the Transatlantic World, 1722-1811,” Lewiston, New York: Mellen Press, 2013); and his master’s degree from the same institution in 2004, majoring in foreign language with an emphasis on magic realism in Latin American literature.
