Lambremont Webre was given an apparent “leak” of classified Top Secret DARPA-CIA Project Pegasus quantum

SRI and CIA in 1977 may have been looking at what President Ronald Reagan [1981 – 1989] classified as a Top
Secret that would certainly “break up America into many regions”.
Author Ella LeBain asserts that in his First Term [2017-2021], President Donald Trump became The Disclosure
President. “Trump’s executive order rescinded Ronald Reagan’s “Nibiru Secrecy Act of 1983, making it an obsolete
regulation imposing stiff penalties—50 years imprisonment and unspecified fines—on Nibiru whistle-blowers.”
